The Macmillan Learning Inclusive Management Training provides a baseline knowledge on essential management skills such as interviewing, hiring, coaching, career development, handling difficult conversations, change management and resilience through a lens of inclusion. To earn this certificate, managers must participate in 10+ hours of training on core inclusive management skills and commit to an individual development plan to apply their learnings.
