Brand Ambassador Program

Macmillan Learning's Brand Ambassador program is designed to empower enthusiastic employees to represent and advocate for the company's brand both internally and externally. The program fosters diversity, inclusivity, and engagement among employees from various departments and seniority levels. Brand Ambassadors actively contribute to increasing brand awareness, recruiting and retaining employees, and positively influencing customers and stakeholders. Key Learning Objectives: Enhance Communication Skills: Brand Ambassadors will demonstrate improved communication skills in presenting, writing and thought leadership by effectively conveying the company's message and mission in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner through their chosen area of internal or external communications. Understand the Hows & Whys of Corporate Communications: Brand Ambassadors will actively engage in quarterly training sessions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of essential corporate communication concepts, including crisis communication strategies, social media best practices, and effective corporate writing techniques. Business and Industry Insights: Brand Ambassadors will exhibit an in-depth knowledge of the industry, competitors, and Macmillan Learning's business operations, enabling them to provide informed insights and perspectives. Network and Collaborate: Brand Ambassadors will actively expand and leverage their professional network by initiating meaningful collaborations and interactions with each other and colleagues who share their passion for the company. They will aim to build mutually beneficial relationships within and beyond the organization. Gain Hands-on Communications Experience: Brand Ambassadors will demonstrate their ability to apply communication principles by actively participating in various communication tasks, such as content creation, social media management. They will aim to achieve measurable results and improvements in their communication efforts. Develop Transferable Skills: Brand Ambassadors will develop and hone transferable skills that are applicable not only to their roles as Ambassadors but also within various professional contexts.
