Emerge@ML

The Macmillan Learning Emerging Leaders program (Emerge@ML) is designed to foster professional growth, leadership development, and greater self-awareness for all employees. Emerge@ML takes a strengths-based approach to support employees in identifying concrete steps to develop their leadership skills. Through a combination of peer-to-peer learning and introspective exercises, participants will uncover their strengths, sharpen essential leadership competencies, and further define their path to success at ML.

After participation in Emerge@ML, employees will be able to:

• Identify personal strengths and growth opportunities

• Describe how their skills and experiences align with ML leadership competencies

• Apply leadership and coaching skills to their current role

• Articulate their strengths as a future leader at ML
