Insights Discovery Leadership

Central to Macmillan Learning’s professional development and leadership initiatives is the Insights Discovery Leadership program, which explores great leadership through the lens of the Insights Discovery and Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership models. By enabling leaders to better understand themselves, the program explores how leaders’ psychological preferences affect their performance. Using this knowledge and understanding, leaders are able to create strategies for continuous personal development at an individual, team and organizational level. Participants in the Insights Discovery Leadership Program will gain: • An understanding of personality traits and the impact one has as a leader • The knowledge of how to increase rapport, improve communication and team motivation • An understanding of best-practice leadership traits • The ability to explore leadership strengths and challenges and understand how one’s approach influences those they lead • An understanding of how to enhance leadership capabilities at an individual, team and organizational level
