Insights Discovery Foundation

As a core part of our suite of professional development and training for employees, Macmillan Learning offers the Insights Discovery Foundation training, which uses Insights Discovery as a tool for self awareness and understanding others. It provides an enlightening and enjoyable personal and team learning experience. Participants in the Insights Discovery Foundation program will: • develop stronger self-awareness and awareness of others • understand different styles and perspectives and recognize the value we each bring • understand how to adapt to others’ communication styles and increase rapport • consider our own strengths and development areas
