This training allows each user to expand on their tool knowledge and develop critical data literacy skills around metric development, implementation, and communication. This module is intended to be uniquely suited to fit users in any area of the organization. Key Learning Objectives: Develop a monitoring plan with metrics that are best suited to your role and/or department. Create content through a variety of advanced chart options. Produce a dashboard that delivers monitoring capacity of key data elements. Curate and communicate data-driven insights to a broader audience.
